Custom orders are produced and shipped within 8–10 weeks from the time your team store closes. Throughout the process, you’ll receive production updates as your item moves through each stage, so you’re never left wondering where things are at.

Once your order is ready to go, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow its delivery. If your shipping address changes after placing your order, please let us know before dispatch to avoid any issues.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival.
